BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is part of the ‘Dreaming Big’ initiative, and the name of an exclusive afternoon concert to take place on Sunday 7 June 3-5pm at Eudlo Hall, in the Hinterland of the tropical Sunshine Coast, in Queensland. Those attending can expect ‘virtuosity and musical pyrotechnics’ from Brisbane’s Collusion Chamber Orchestra with guest star soloists Diana Tolmie on saxophone, Benjamin Greaves and Camille Barry on violin and Louise King and Danielle Bentley on cello.
The award-winning classical ensemble in residence at Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium, the Collusion Chamber Orchestra will offer a keen audience a diverse range of music from Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi’s famous Concerto in G minor for Two Cellos to French composer Maurice Ravel’s intoxicating and fiery ‘Tzigane’, the transcendental ‘Lark Ascending’ for violin and string orchestra by English composer Ralph Vaughan-Williams.
The Little Suite for Strings by the late Australian composer Peter Sculthorpe and a new work for saxophone by Thomas Green will be featuring guest soloist Diana Tolmie, who is on the staff at Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium.

Dreaming BIG is all about creating opportunities for world-class musicians to achieve and share artistic excellence through inspiring performance practice, community engagement and educational enrichment activities. The Dreaming BIG concert series and Emerge Youth Music Workshop series acknowledges the recent contribution through Sunshine Coast Council and Arts Queensland partnership Regional Arts Development Fund supporting local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
